About Me

I am a designer with an interest in experiences and interactions — with a particular focus on mobile and touch screen devices.

In the past I've been a sailing instructor, a musician, and even a record producer, but that's a story for another time.

I'm excited by the potential for design to have a positive impact on peoples lives, and motived by curiosity. I'm looking to meet and work with inspirational people, so do please get in touch.

Experience

My clients range from boot-strapped startups to FTSE 100 corporations, and I regularly work for and collaborate with brand consultancy Wolff Olins

Recently I was Lead Designer for echoecho — a startup based in Los Angeles and London, backed by Google Ventures, PROfounders Capital and prominent angel investors. echoecho has over 300,000 users and was voted one of the BBC's Apps of the year in 2011.

I have worked in London and New York, written articles for magazines on user interface design and had my work featured on the BBC, LA Times, Guardian, Telegraph, and New York Times.
